Peakmodel Online ships to all destinations. Orders which do not exceed the maximum dimensions and weight of the packaged box size restrictions as imposed by your local postal authority can be shipped to all International countries. Where the orders exceed the box size restriction, we will email you to propose other options. The current weight limit for all orders is 20Kgs (kilograms)/44Pound. Should your order be heavier than this limit, we will email you to propose other shipping solutions, some of which may increase the shipping cost for you.

Speedpost Express Mail Service a.k.a. EMS is most cost effective, shipping time takes 4-6 working days* with tracking information. EMS is currently available to Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, Taiwan, Belgium, Ireland, Brazil, Israel, Poland, Greece, Spain.

It is useful to note that most of all orders are shipped from Asian regions so shipping duration should take this in consideration.

Defective items

If the item(s) you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. You can get replacement for the same model by report defective item(s) by email within 24 hours after receiving the order. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Used, defective merchandise can also be returned to us for manufacturer warranty repairs where applicable. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you contact us prior to taking any action.

Incorrect items

If any wrong items were received, report wrong item(s) by email within 24 hours after receiving the order. Return the item(s) to us such as airmail in its original condition and package without any scratch, we will send the correct item(s) after we received the returned item(s). We will bare all* the shipping costs.

*We will only bare shipping cost less than or equal to cost of ordinary airmail.
